Let’s dive deeper and learn why Keto consumers choose this bread and can’t get enough of it.

SoLo Carb Bread Advantage #1. Crust

SoLo Carb bread consumers say a crust is a bit chewy, like supermarket sandwich bread, but you can get rid of that by toasting it. And then you are sure you’ll have the best bread-tasting experience.

SoLo Carb Bread Advantage #2. Texture

Is SoLo bread soft or hard? Supple or brittle? Elastic or gummy? It is chewy, spongy, soft, and unforgettable. That’s why  SoLo Carb bread consumers love it.

SoLo Carb Bread Advantage #3. Air Pockets

Eggs, flour, salt, oil, and … big halls or bubbles in the bread? Yes, it might sometimes happen due to kneading dough too much. And when it occurs (very rarely) with SoLo Carb bread, the company is keen to send replacements for that. Because no one wants to eat expensive air, excuse me, since when is air paid?

SoLo Carb Bread Advantage #4. Flavor

SoLo Carb bread comes in three different flavors: Country White, Harvest Wheat, and Artisan Rye.

6 SoLo Carb Bread Amazon reviews Each Keto Lover Should Consider

Still can’t decide will this bread serve your needs? Read a few positive & negative reviews by SoLo Carb bread consumers.

Please keep it in the freezer and toast it as needed.

It is expensive for bread and shipping. Again, I am OK with this because I don’t have to try terrible recipes for terrible results and instead can have bread that tastes like bread but still stay low-carb. So for me, the convenience, taste, and nutrition are totally worth it, but again I get if that isn’t the case for everyone.

I got Country White bread, but I thought maybe I had ordered wheat because it's still pretty wheat-y, which I like, but you may not if you are expecting more of a Wonderbread/potato bread/or sourdough bread kind of white.

I have been through the wringer trying to find low-carb bread that is actually palatable. This. Bread. Is. Amazing. It is chewy like sourdough but tastes just like the Dave’s Killer Bread I used to eat. It doesn’t have a weird aftertaste & it is absolutely amazing. Hamburgers, grilled cheese, fried egg sandwiches & Philly cheese steaks are all possible now. If you are worried about the cost of shipping, don’t be. I’d pay double not to be tempted to fall off the keto wagon! It’s worth it.

I was very disappointed with this bread. The loaves are tiny, so yeah, they're low in carbs; I get that. The texture is spongy and doesn't toast well..still spongy after toasting. It tasted like cardboard to me. They made me buy three loaves, but I knew after the first few slices that I didn't like them. Won't repurchase it.

It smelled good, long loaf, small slices. It is not 0 carb, 3 grams per slice. Very, very chewy. I purchased white, but there is still wheat flour and canola oil, a synthetic oil. I have IBS, and this bread did a number on me. I had to throw it out. I purchased regular bread instead.

3 Other Low-Carb Bread Alternatives To Fill Your Crunchy Bread List

No other alternative can change the real bread? Alright, I get it. But low-carb bread choices are still narrow. And I want to recommend only those products, which Keto-ers well appreciate. So, let’s be more open and see the other low-carb bread brands as substitutes for daily bread.

1. SOLA bread

Compared with SoLo Carb bread, SOLO bread has a longer list of ingredients, such as Cane sugar, cellulose gum, maltitol, xanthan gum, and soy. All these ingredients fit into 1 g of sugar, so it shouldn’t affect your sugar level. These components make yummy bread.

You can choose between 4 different flavors: Deliciously Seeded, Golden Wheat, Sweet & Buttery, Sweat Oat and order 2 or 3-loaf packs. Buying 3-loaf packs is better bang for your buck than SoLo Carb bread but pay attention; the loaf is smaller (14 oz), 14 slices, while SoLo Carb bread (16 oz) has 23 slices.

Serving Size (1 piece) contains: Fat 4 g. Protein 6 g. Net Carbs 4 g or less. Calories 80. Sodium 190 mg. Potassium 8 mg.

2. Outer Aisle – Cauliflower Sandwich Thins

Outer Aisle Italian Sandwich Thins contain only 4 main ingredients: fresh cauliflower, whole eggs, parmesan, and pure nutritional yeast. Undoubtedly, it makes a healthy choice for low-carb bread substitutes. It’s naturally gluten-free, with no flour, nuts, soy, or artificial sweeteners. And it has 0 net carbs! And is super crunchy. Sounds quite worth trying this low-carb flatbread if you like cauliflowers in general.

Outer Aisle Italian Sandwich Thins are smaller than people expect. (Dimensions: approximately 4,5 inches in diameter and a quarter-inch thick). Even though they may appear thin but the flavor is thick and delicious. Are you up for cauliflower toast?

Serving Size (2 pieces) contains: Fat 5 g. Protein 9 g. Net Carbs 2 g. Calories 120. Sodium 240 mg. Vitamin C 25% (of the daily recommended amount). Calcium 15% (of the daily recommended amount).

3. Joseph’s Flax, Oat Bran, and Whole Wheat Flour MINI Pita Bread

Comparing with SoLo Carb bread, Joseph’s Pita Bread has a longer list of ingredients, such as corn starch, soybean oil, dextrose, and hydrogenated soybean oil. They make pita bread super soft and delicious.

Like SoLo Carb bread, Joseph’s Pita is an excellent source of omega-3 (here, flax seed comes in). Since it contains a high amount of sodium and calcium, it’s a superb source to replenish electrolytes if you lose them during an intensive workout. Is it worth trying it? Oh yes, if you don’t mind a long list of some strange ingredients and 6 net carbs per slice.

Serving Size (1 piece) contains: Fat 1,5 g. Protein 6 g. Net Carbs 6. Calories 60. Sodium 270 mg. Calcium 10% (of the daily recommended amount). Iron 6% (of the daily recommended amount).

Choose Crunchy Low-Carb Bread With Clean Ingredients (Also Non-Gluten Version)

Choosing SoLo Carb bread wasn’t a random choice. I took a deep look at its claimed ‘Cleaned Label’ ingredients. And despite a couple of not desired components: canola oil and vegetable glycerin, I found it very healthy with a bunch of B vitamins and other essential minerals.

SoLo Carb bread most consistently impresses users with the necessity to feel bread’s taste and be sure it’s low in carbs. SoLo Carb bread keeps surprising current and just-born new Keto-ers without sacrificing texture, flavor, or feel.

If you have celiac disease, gluten sensitivity or gluten intolerance, then you might want to consider Italian Sandwich Thinswhich quickly replace the craving for bread.
